COMM 362 - User Experience Research and Design Units: 4 Theories and principles of human-centered design for effective communication. Possible topics include usability testing and design across multimedia platforms from mobility, tangibility and ubiquitous applications to human-future interaction.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Understand theories, concepts and principles of human-computer interaction and human-centered design;
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of user experience research methods;
- Demonstrate technical competence in user-centered design.
