MGMT 368 - Quality and Process Improvement Units: 3 Elements of quality management methods of and techniques in quality assurance, statistical process control, and acceptance sampling. Emphasis on decision-making and applications in quality improvement. Also, development of variable and attribute quality control charts, and reliability measurement and analysis.

Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Apply concepts and applications of quality management to manage and improve quality, productivity, and reliability in organizations.
