MGMT 404 - Staffing and Talent Management Units: 3 Processes organizations typically follow to recruit and retain employees. Reviews key concepts and current practices for strategic human capital planning, such as staffing and recruitment; performance management; succession planning; and retention.
Prerequisites: Junior or senior or post-baccalaureate standing. Equivalent Quarter Course: MGMT 3616. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, or Entirely Online. Grading: A-F grading only. Course Typically Offered: Spring ONLY
