MGMT 685 - Non-Market Strategy Units: 3 Strategies for profit and non-profit organizations to gain an advantage in the political economy. Covers the dynamics among public policy and trade, innovation, entrepreneurship. Topics include investment risks, lobbying, CSR and working with supra-national institutions.
Strongly Recommended Preparation: All CBE and University proficiencies. Prerequisites: Department consent. Equivalent Quarter Course: MGMT 6215. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, or Hybrid. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Compare the institutional arrangements that affect the global business environment.
