MGMT 654 - Enterprise Planning and Control


Units: 3
Techniques used in planning and scheduling resources with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Topics include demand forecasting, aggregate planning, material and capacity requirements planning, supply chain planning, global sourcing, and customer relationship management.

Prerequisites: MGMT 608.
Equivalent Quarter Course: MGMT 6130.
Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground or Hybrid.
Grading: A-F grading only.
Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
  1. Apply concepts and applications of planning resources utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  2. Analyze enterprise resources to optimally fulfill demands from various perspectives such as efficiency, quality, responsiveness, and sustainability.
  3. Develop extensive skills of using quantitative methods and tools of planning and scheduling enterprise resources.
  4. Utilize ERP software in supply chain planning and scheduling of enterprise resources.
