REC 697 - Special Issues in Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism Units: 1-3 Advanced, directed group study of special issues related to management of hospitality, recreation or tourism industries.
Prerequisites: Department consent. Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 3 units. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, or Entirely Online, or Hybrid. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Explore in depth various aspects of the selected management issue in hospitality, recreation or tourism.
- Investigate current and future best management practices related to the selected issue.
- Analyze current industry data, research publications and other credible sources to increase understanding of the selected issue.
