Prerequisites: Admission to M.S. Construction Management program.
Equivalent Quarter Course: CMGT 6400.

Apply construction work classification and quantity take-off techniques (PLO2)
Perform cost estimation analysis for construction operations including direct and overhead costs (PLO 2).
Develop a bid proposal using computer tools (PLO 2).
