CMGT 620 - Legal Issues in Construction Management Units: 3 Discussion of construction contracts including legal issues arising from design and construction services such as claims and dispute resolution, liability, and state law pertaining to construction.
Prerequisites: Admission to M.S. Construction Management program. Equivalent Quarter Course: CMGT 6200. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Explain the rights, obligations and liabilities of parties engaged in construction (PLO1).
