BIOL 460 - Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Undergraduate Seminar Units: 2 A seminar course at the undergraduate level emphasizing the reading, interpretation, discussion and analysis of primary literature from the fields of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology.
Prerequisites: BIOL 320 and BIOL 350. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: - Locate, read and interpret primary sources of literature in the fields of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology;
- Organize a presentation of a scholarly work in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology;
- Analyze conclusions in a scholarly work in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology;
- Lead an interactive discussion among peers of a scholarly work in Ecology &Evolutionary Biology.
