PHIL 341 - Abrahamic Religions Units: 3 ; G.E./G.R. Area: C4 Study of Judaism, Christianity, Islam and others; their beliefs and practices; Abrahamic identity through the history and evolution of the traditions; including readings from the Hebrew Bible, the Christian Bible, the Koran, and other core Abrahamic texts.
Strongly Recommended Preparation: Upper division status (greater than 60 earned semester units) and completion of lower division Area C requirements. Prerequisites: Completion of GE Areas A1, A2, A3 and B4 with grade C- (CR) or better. Equivalent Quarter Course: PHIL 3411 and PHIL 3417. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground. Grading: A-F or CR/NC (student choice). G.E./G.R. Area Satisfied: C4 - Upper Division Arts or Humanities
