MGMT 660 - Healthcare Operations Management

Units: 3
Strategic and tactical decisions of operations management that are particular to the healthcare industry. Topics include healthcare process and capacity management, healthcare supply chains, healthcare technology, pharmacy operations, and patient and provider scheduling.

Prerequisites: MGMT 608.
