MGMT 616 - People Analytics Units: 3 Data analysis of human resource management issues, such as recruitment, compensation, performance management, leadership, and employee engagement. Topics include systematic collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to enable strategic decision making for HR functions.
Prerequisites: Post-baccalaureate standing, MGMT 602. Equivalent Quarter Course: MGMT 6622. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground or Hybrid. Grading: A-F grading only.
