KIN 305 - Critical Issues of the Body Units: 4 Historical and cultural assumptions about what constitutes a fit body, for whom and for what purposes. Implications of different positions about the relationship and values of physical activity and “fit” bodies.
Prerequisites: All of: B.S. Kinesiology major, Junior standing or above, BIOL 270, BIOL 271. Equivalent Quarter Course: KIN 3740. Possible Instructional Methods: Hybrid (every section of this course may be taught both online and on-ground). Grading: A-F grading only.
