The role of creativity in California, the mass-media cultural center of the world, including the stage, screen, recording industry, media, Silicon Valley, and gaming. Introduction to arts and media forms with an emphasis on the roles of delivery and content in developing a personal understanding and appreciation for arts and culture. Requires attendance at on- and off- campus arts and cultural events. Not open to students with credit for THEA 2269.
