KIN 211 - Intermediate Activities: Circuit Training
Units:1 ; G.E./G.R. Area: E Aerobic conditioning and resistance training for increased toning and overall body conditioning. Proper warm-up and cool down. Heart rate monitoring. Circuit changes throughout the semester.
Strongly Recommended Preparation: Prior experience in the activity - check with instructor. Equivalent Quarter Course: KIN 2011. Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 2 units.
