MSC 642 - Plate Tectonics Units: 3 Historical background, modern theory and geophysical evidence of continental drift sea floor spreading and plate tectonics. Examinations of the impact of the recent revolution in historical geology. Offered alternate fall semesters.
Prerequisites: Post-baccalaureate standing and MSC 441. Equivalent Quarter Course: MSC 6242. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only.
