HIST 473 - Sexuality and Identity in US History Units: 3 ; G.E./G.R. Area: C4 Diversity of sexualities and identities in U.S. history. Effects of regional and ethnic/racial family patterns; responses to urbanization, industrialization, migrations, and technology; changing roles of families, children, and developments in marriage and other expressions of love, obligation, and cooperation.
Prerequisites: Completion of GE areas A1, A2, A3 and B4. Equivalent Quarter Course: HIST 3570. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground. Grading: A-F or CR/NC (student choice). G.E./G.R. Area Satisfied: C4 - Upper Division Arts or Humanities
