SPPA 608 - Research Methods and Evidence-based Practice
Units: 3
This course focuses on research methods in communicative disorders in order to train students to be active consumers and producers of research. Emphasis on integration of research and clinical practice through execution of a single-case research study. Please note: effective spring 2019 this course prefix will change from SPPA to SLHS.
Prerequisites: Admission to M.S. Speech-Language Pathology program.
Equivalent Quarter Course: SPPA 6000.
Possible Instructional Methods: Hybrid (every section of this course may be taught both online and on-ground).
Grading: A-F grading only.
