MGMT 406 - Compensation and Reward Systems Units: 3 Theory and practice of compensation. Emphasis on how to design and manage compensation systems to attract, retain, and motivate workers. Representative topics include incentive pay, benefits, deferred compensation, performance evaluation, promotion-based pay systems, wage and hour law.
Prerequisites: Junior or senior or post-baccalaureate standing. Equivalent Quarter Course: MGMT 4615. Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground, Entirely On-line. Grading: A-F grading only.
