POSC 342 - American Constitutional Law: Rights Units: 3 The Bill of Rights as interpreted by Court decisions since its adoption. Topics include freedom of speech, religion, equal protection, and personal privacy. Emphasis on the relationship among rights, politics, judicial behavior and public policy.
