The following is a list of course corrections appended to this catalog:

Effective August 18, 2021

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:

Investigate, evaluate, and utilize in depth their chosen 4D methods, media and materials in the creation of their projects;
Apply project development and pre-production skills to the creation of their projects;
Refine their own work based on critical feedback and self-evaluation;
Create a portfolio of finished work demonstrating mastery of technical, formal, conceptual, and material concerns in their chosen realm of 4D artmaking that clearly expresses intended ideas/messages;
Document, evaluate, analyze, and critique class projects using correct terminology in oral or written formats;
Collaborate with peers in the development and execution of complete 4D projects.

2. Explain the periodic properties of elements and the relation to atomic structure.

3. Quantify the composition of substances.

4. Rationalize the structure of some simple molecules.

5. Describe basic nuclear transformations and their application to energy and medicine.

Course Description Correction: “Vocabulary study, including multiple meanings in context, word-formation, related grammatical features, historical changes, and idiomatic and other usage considerations. Emphasis on academic English, but colloquial vocabulary also studied. ~~Course is part of international student cluster for C3 general education credit.”~~
