Within this catalog there is an inspiring breadth of offerings. We offer more than 80 degrees at the bachelor’s and master’s level each year, as well as 34 credential and certificate programs. We also offer a doctoral program in education with an emphasis in educational leadership. As a regional university, Cal State East Bay has campuses in Hayward and Concord, operates a professional development center in downtown Oakland, and has a long established history of offering classes and degree programs online. These options give you a choice of learning communities, convenient locations, and academic programs, each designed to meet your needs.
