SPPA 695 - Practicum: Treatment
Units: 2
Development, implementation, evaluation of individual therapy plans for clients with speech/language/hearing/cognition/swallowing conditions to develop skills in working with clients with multiple needs; increased independence and competency in clinical writing, oral case summarization, and conducting care conferences with family members of clients. Please note: effective spring 2019 this course prefix will change from SPPA to SLHS.
Prerequisites: M.S. Speech Language Pathology major and SPPA 694.
Equivalent Quarter Course: SPPA 6056.
Repeatability: May be repeated for credit for a maximum of 6 units.
Possible Instructional Methods: Entirely On-ground.
Grading: ABC/NC grading only.
